In our dining hall and our stube, you dine in a warm and elegant ambience with a variety of delicious goodies, which are freshly prepared by our kitchen crew. Your culinary day starts with a rich breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, traditional bread and other delicacies. For dinner, you indulge in daily changing menus featuring various courses and an extensive buffet with fresh salads, seasonal vegetables, cheeses and desserts. All ingredients are chosen with care! Once per week, we invite you to taste the traditional Ladin cuisine. In our wine cellar you find a wide assortment of wines from South Tyrol, other regions in Italy and more.
