Another nature park in ALTA BADIA is the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park with an area of 25,680 hectares. Lakes, alpine plateaus, forests and clear alpine lakes can be admired in the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park. In this territory characterised by karst rocks you can see sinkholes, grooves and hollows in which lasting or temporary lakes form. For this reason the nature park is also of great geomorphologic interest.
